Withdrawal and refunds
Information and an online function for withdrawing from a distance contract with Investiq. Version 2026-08-11.3, 11 August 2026.
Investiq's direct paid preorder remains closed until complete business and consumer information can be displayed. This page is available now for future purchases and any earlier contract.
1. Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days. For a service, the period normally starts when the contract is concluded. For goods, it normally starts when you or someone you nominate receives them.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send an unequivocal notice before the 14 days expire. Use the form below or email us. Keep the receipt.
2. Refund
Where the right applies, we refund covered payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice. We normally use the original payment method and charge no refund fee. For goods, a refund may in some cases be withheld until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of sending them.
Investiq's published promise of a full refund before delivery applies in addition to statutory rights where expressly included in the purchase terms.
3. Services and digital content
If you expressly request a service to begin during the withdrawal period, you may, where the law permits, have to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed. The right for a fully performed service can end only after your express prior consent and acknowledgement.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right can end when supply begins only if you expressly consented, acknowledged that the right would be lost and received contract confirmation. Ordinary sign-in or a pre-ticked box is not enough. If these conditions are not met, your rights remain.
4. Exceptions
The law contains specific exceptions, including for some fully performed services, certain digital content once supply begins, and some personalised or sealed goods. An exception is used only where its legal conditions are actually met and the required information was given before purchase.

You do not have to use the model wording. The form below is the fastest online route and provides a timestamped on-screen receipt.

For purchases billed by Apple, Google or another reseller, you may also need to use that provider's channel, but this does not limit rights you hold directly against Investiq. Rights relating to defects, price reduction, remedy or other mandatory protections are independent of withdrawal.
