Community rules and moderation

1. Where these rules apply

These rules apply to profiles, posts, comments, direct messages, group and chat messages, forums, competitions, images, links and anything else users share.

2. Content that is not allowed

• Illegal content or instructions that facilitate crime.
• Threats, harassment, hate, discrimination, sexual exploitation or material that endangers children.
• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, false guarantees, or attempts to obtain money, codes or credentials.
• Publishing private or sensitive information without a lawful basis, including doxxing.
• Copyright, trademark or other rights infringement.
• Spam, malware, deceptive links, coordinated platform manipulation, or artificial influence over competitions and rankings.
• Misleading financial promotion, undisclosed compensation, pump-and-dump attempts or claims of guaranteed returns.

3. Financial discussions

You may share analysis and opinions, but should communicate uncertainty, correct material errors and disclose relevant holdings, engagements or compensation. User content is not endorsed by Investiq and must not be treated as personal advice.

4. How moderation works

Investiq uses rate limits and limited word and pattern filters to slow obvious abuse. They can make mistakes. A person reviews reports and makes final moderation decisions; generative AI does not make those decisions.

Depending on severity, context and history, we may take no action, warn, restrict visibility or features, remove content, temporarily suspend or terminate an account, and preserve material where law or safety requires it. We may act before a full review where there is an immediate risk.

5. Reports, decisions and review

Use the reporting form and provide the exact location, why the content is illegal or breaks these rules, and the legal basis if known. You receive a reference and status page. When we decide, we normally give affected parties the reasons, rule relied on, scope, any automation and available review, unless law or safety prevents this.

Request a free review within six months by replying to the decision email or emailing investiqco@gmail.com with the reference. Explain specifically what should change. A qualified person reviews the complaint; the decision is not made solely by automated means.

You may also submit a DSA complaint to the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS). PTS may use the information for supervision but does not decide your individual dispute. Your right to use a competent court or other available dispute resolution is unaffected.

6. Child safety

Investiq expressly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualisation and child trafficking. Child-safety reports may be submitted anonymously and are prioritised.

7. DSA contact points

Service recipients and competent EU authorities may contact Investiq at investiqco@gmail.com. Swedish and English are accepted. Authorities should identify the authority, case number, legal basis and contact person. This contact route does not replace the form for ordinary content reports.
